Pharmacist (2010) and Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2012) from the Federal University of Amazonas. PhD in Tropical and Infectious Diseases from the State University of Amazonas (UEA) and Dr. Heitor Vieira Dourado Tropical Medicine Foundation (FMT-HVD) (2021). I am currently a professor and I work in malaria research with an emphasis on the biology of P. vivax and on the discovery of transmission blocking compounds at Instituto Leônidas and Maria Deane (ILMD - FIOCRUZ Amazônia).
